Return Policy

Body Armour Canada strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction . If at any time, within 7 days of receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the fit, style, quality or design of the product(s), return the item(s) to us in the condition in which it was shipped to you, with the original packaging and any labels still fixed to the item, and we will refund your purchased product price minus the shipping.

Special orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and includes CANCELLATIONS. A special order would be a vest that has a length other than regular.

Please email us at sales@bodyarmourcanada.com if you intend to return or exchange your purchased product. NOTE that the BEST way to communicate with us is always by detailed e-mail. If you choose to call us and reach our automated voice mail, please leave a clear and detailed message.

All merchandise accepted for return by Body Armour Canada must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and received at Body Armour Canada main office within two weeks of original delivery in the same condition as received including packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Any orders we agree to restock may incur a restocking fee.

Any shipment damaged or lost in transit must be communicated to us within 5 business days to claim for damage or loss.

Should you wish to exchange for the same product (you want a different size) then you must ship the item to us and upon receipt we will inspect and issue a refund minus shipping. You can then make a new purchase.
