🧪 Technical Overview: How the Sani Sport Machine Operates
The Sani Sport system utilizes a three-stage, ozone-based sanitization protocol designed for high-efficiency microbial reduction on porous and non-porous equipment surfaces.
Stage 1 – Ozone Generation and Circulation
Four high-output ultraviolet (UV) lamps initiate a photochemical reaction that converts ambient oxygen (O₂) within the chamber into ozone (O₃). This ozone-rich atmosphere is actively distributed by a dual-fan system engineered to ensure even penetration across all surfaces of the loaded equipment, including deep crevices and layered materials. This stage lasts approximately 12 minutes and targets up to 96% of bacterial contaminants, including MRSA, E. coli, and C. difficile.
Stage 2 – Bioactive Misting Application
Following ozone exposure, the system disperses a proprietary mist containing plant-based antimicrobial agents, including Tea Tree Oil, known for its natural bactericidal and fungicidal properties. The ultra-fine fog is delivered at a micronized level to reach inner padding, fabric layers, and enclosed compartments that ozone may not fully access.
Stage 3 – Residual Antimicrobial Shielding
To complete the cycle, a light bactericidal coating is applied. This final layer is not a cosmetic fragrance but a scientifically developed antimicrobial barrier that offers residual protection against microbial regrowth. It reinforces hygiene integrity without compromising material structure or performance.
Result:
The combined process delivers a comprehensive decontamination cycle that neutralizes pathogens, eliminates odor at the microbial level, and enhances long-term gear hygiene—all without the use of water, heat, or manual labor.
