CONSTRUCTION:

The Ceramic is bonded to the front of a pre-molded composite laminate using toughened aerospace-grade adhesives.

An additional layer of high tenacity fabric is laminated around the entire insert plate to reinforce its structural integrity and mitigate sprawling.

Nylon fabric is wrapped around the plate and bonded with contact adhesive to provide abrasion resistance and enhance aesthetics
