The lightweight and comfortable jacket contains impact resistant foam in the upper arms, shoulders, rear and front sides and now in the forearms. The foam will help to reduce the severity of injuries (but will not entirely eliminate and impact will depend on level of force used) when being punched. The foam will also prevent injury caused by pinching, scratching and biting.
